1. Estimates and Inspections

All initial quotes provided via our online survey are preliminary estimates. A final, binding quote is only established after a detailed exterior inspection by an Ellam Construction Inc. Ellam Construction Inc DBA PaPro Painting professional to identify surface issues such as wood rot or moisture traps.

2. SMS Terms and Conditions

3. The Ellam Construction Inc. DBA PaPro Painting "Zero Risk" Payment Policy

No Deposit: Ellam Construction Inc. DBA PaPro Painting does not require any upfront deposits or progress payments.

Payment Upon Satisfaction: Full payment is due only after the project is finished, and a final quality walkthrough has been completed with the homeowner.

Approval: By providing payment, the client acknowledges they have inspected, touched, and approved the final results.

4. Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Our services are backed by a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.

Coverage: If the paint job fails due to application errors (e.g., peeling or cracking), Ellam Construction Inc. DBA PaPro Painting will return to fix the affected area at no cost.

Color Protection: Includes a 10-year color protection guarantee against excessive fading, provided premium Sherwin-Williams coatings were used as specified.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by structural movement, extreme weather events (acts of God), or physical trauma to the surface after completion.

5. Property Protection

Ellam Construction Inc. DBA PaPro Painting agrees to protect the client’s property, including landscaping, windows, and non-painted surfaces. The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property, including water and electricity, if required for power washing or tool operation.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the district of Montreal.

7. Additional Terms for A2P Compliance

Description of SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases:
